Your details, in plain words.

Short version: we keep your email (and your name and WhatsApp number if you give them) only to tell you about 4AM OS and run the free 21-day morning challenge. We never sell it, we don’t use ad trackers, and you can leave any time.

What we collect

Your email address. Needed to join.
Your name and WhatsApp number, only if you choose to add them.
How you found us: the campaign tag in the link you used, the website that sent you, and the invite code of the friend who invited you, if any.
Your invite code and how many friends joined with it, so we can show your place on the list.
The time you joined, your country (worked out from your connection, not your exact location), and a scrambled one-way code made from your internet address. We use that code only to stop spam floods; we can’t turn it back into your address.

Why we use it

To email you about 4AM OS: the launch, early access, and the 21-day challenge.
To message you on WhatsApp about the challenge, only if you gave us your number.
To run the invite list (your place in line and your friends’ sign-ups).
To understand which posts and places bring people in, as totals.

That’s all. No selling, no renting, no ad networks. Joining the waitlist doesn’t sign you up for anything else, and we never ask for health details here.

Your choice

When you press “Join the waitlist”, you agree to the uses above. You can change your mind any time: use the “leave the list” link in any email from us, or write to hello@the4amos.com. We’ll delete your details. On WhatsApp, reply “STOP” and we’ll stop messaging you.

Who can see it

Only the small founding team of 4AM OS. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database, and, if we email you, are passed to our email delivery provider to send that email. These providers may process data outside India. They work for us under their own data protection terms and may not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or 12 months after the 4AM OS app launches, whichever comes first. After that we delete it, unless you’ve created an account in the app (which will have its own privacy policy).

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@the4amos.com and we’ll reply within 7 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
